Blanca Horcasitas

CEO/Director

CPC (Contador Público Certificado) Graduated from Autonomous University of Chihuahua (UACH) School of Accounting & Administration in Chihuahua, Mexico in 1986. Throughout her career, Blanca has gained over 30 years of experience in general business and public accounting. Blanca moved forward with taking ownership of ProBkTx in 2014 and has since then shown her versatility and expertise by working with clients as sole proprietors, private industries, nonprofits, construction industries, partnerships, Corporations and private practices. Her extensive portfolio has proven her ability to solve any financial situation new clients may encounter.

Paul Horcasitas

— COO/Executive Manager

Has 10 years of experience in leading & taking initiative where the companies best interests lie. Paul is not just a pillar for the business, his responsibilities range from decision making with other follow directors to optimizing & discussing where allocation of resources would be best and most efficiently utilized for the company as a whole. Paul oversees billing, managing vendor invoices, and keeping accounts in check all white assisting the Director with financial planning. His values in motivating staff and maintaining great client management have proven business growth. His journey began as a bookkeeper before he filled the role as Manager and now rising to upper administrative duties has allowed the expansion of our business to the greater El Paso area.

Paola Lopez

— Director Assistant & Full Charge Bookkeeper

Paola supports the Director in daily operations while managing the company’s full-charge bookkeeping. She oversees office activities, records and reconciles financial transactions, and prepares monthly statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports. Paola also manages accounts payable and receivable, processes payroll, and maintains accurate records, ensuring efficient office management and reliable financial reporting.

Laura Daily-Calderon

Full-Charge Bookkeper

Laura has over 15 years of experience as a bookkeeper, with extensive experience with complex systems. Laura manages all day-to-day bookkeeping functions, ensuring the company’s financial records remain accurate and current. She records and reconciles transactions, prepares monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports, and oversees accounts payable and receivable. Laura also processes payroll and maintains related records, providing timely, reliable financial information to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Gloria Lopez

Full Charge Bookkeeper

Manages all day-to-day bookkeeping functions, ensuring the company’s financial records are accurate and up to date. She records and reconciles transactions, prepares monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports, and oversees accounts payable and receivable. Gloria also processes payroll, assists with tax filings, and provides reports to management and the company’s accountant, supporting timely decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Luisa Salomon

Associate

Responsible as an assistant bookkeeper, processing account receivable and payable. Regularly created invoices, deposited checks, and prepared wire transfers. Luisa's enthusiasm and critical thinking abilities quickly allowed her to grow with us. She is in charge of clients located around Dallas-San Antonio, TX area and has played a key role in our growth for prospective clients.
