Note, there is a one-time business setup fee for new clients

We have 3 main pricing packages that vary depending on the number of bank/credit card transactions you have per month. This pricing is for bookkeeping services only. Payroll & Income Tax preparation are add-on services that you can include for an additional cost.

Here's how we approach every new client:

  1. Income and expense categorization is key, so one of the first things that we will do is create a custom chart of accounts that fits your particular business.

  2. Then we will reconcile all bank and credit card accounts for you to ensure your QuickBooks file matches your bank and credit card statements.

  3. Finally, we will prepare financial statements and review them with you every month or as needed.
