We are a startup that offers virtual business services like Bookkeeping, Payroll Processing, Tax services & more, to businesses across the nation. PBT-Virtual is a virtual extension of ProBkTx (Professional Bookkeeping & Tax Services), providing several similar services at a different package to our clients outside of the El Paso main office area.

How does PBT-Virtual work?

For a low monthly fee, you get assigned to a professional and dedicated personal assistant that link you to an experienced team of professionals — whom can help your small business continue to grow without the hassle of paying high fees for bookkeeping.

It’s like a real administrative assistant, only each PBT assistant has a handful of clients, and they work remotely, in El Paso, TX. Right now we work virtually with clients located in New Mexico, California, Texas, New York and Mexico. Our main office is based in El Paso, TX. and we also have physical representation in Manhattan, NY and Dallas, TX.

Pricing

There are three packages to choose from that best fit your PBT-Virtual bookkeeping needs.

Basic plan: starts at $199.00 per month bookkeeping. Includes one Bank Account and Credit Card account (1 hour of personal assistance included).

Medium plan: starts at $329.00 per month bookkeeping. Includes 3 combined accounts, Bank & Credit Card accounts (2 hours of personal assistance included).

Entrepreneur plan: starts at $585.00 per month bookkeeping. Includes 4 combined accounts, Bank & Credit Card accounts (4 hours of personal assistance included

For clients seeking Bookkeeping, Payroll & Tax Services, we provide one PBT-Virtual plan:

VIP plan: starts at $1,279.00 per month for Bookkeeping, Payroll, & Tax services. Includes up to 6 financial accounts (8 hours of personal assistance, plus email, phone & SMS support and fast high priority response time.)

All plans come with same day turnaround service, but customers are asked to use their judgement and make requests within business hours
